This automatically generated message signals that Thomas Watson has
nominated Stoyan Boshev as a Committer on the equinox component of the
eclipse.incubator project. The reason given is as follows:
Stoyan has been contributing to the development of various OSGi
specification implementations in the incubator. In particular Stoyan has
contributed to the maintainance of the Declarative Services implementation.
Having Stoyan on board would be a big plus and would enable the equinox
team to get the code ready for graduation.
