Thank you,
I took a look at the link and it looks like it might work. Now I have to
download it and actually try it. I liked the links at the bottom. They have
a flash one that looks good.

does video of movements on the desktop? I hope there is. If not this would

All the mail my wife's gotten has the email in the To: and not the Bcc. I
stopped counting at 2 lines which had 10 and there were 7 lines. So 5 per
line x7 equal 35 emails.
Any suggestions on the questions I asked?

My wife's in a couple groups which email us. However the emails normally
have everyone's email in the To: or Cc: fields. Bad email etiquette and good
for spammers getting e-mails. Plus I don't like to see 10-40 names up there.
I would like them to get a mailing list like [EMAIL PROTECTED] has

I had a 4x 4 disk CD rom I was looking for the longest time. Well I found it
in a computer in a box I stored. It's a 586 with 32 megs of ram, floppy and
the CD rom and no hard drive. It has a ethernet card in it. For one of my
Linux things to do is to set up a computer as a X terminal.

I have a friend who's on and off again with Linux. He has a dual boot
system. He's tried Red Hat, Mandrake, Debian, and Gentoo. He likes
Mandrake. Well He installed Red Hat Fedora Core 2 and tried to get back into
windows and it wouldn't allow him to. Well normally you would run a dos

I think your looking for the comand dpkg. You can do a man dpkg to find out
a little more about the command. I use aptitude for Debian It's wonderful.

Your right the documentation is good. I think I know what I did wrong. I
had a friend download the universal iso from linuxiso.org then for the

Ok, I've heard everyone talk about Gentoo so I thought I try installing it.
Well I got the base system loaded. I have the 2nd CD which contains all the
tar files. If you don't want emerge to point to the net but point to a cd or
hard drive how do you get it to do this. When I emerge -k xfree
