Has anyone heard of this before? http://en.fon.com/info/whats_fon.php You get a Wifi router for $5. If you share Wifi, you get free Wifi from others who share. If you don't share you can use other's wifi for money. If you share but don't use it, you get money. I don't see any FON users in Eugene
