Right.  Devs have mucho Java proper, including struts/tiles, along with _javascript_, XML in various glories, and even Ruby and Perl.  There are also graphics folks, both static and flash, and a QA department as well.  It is a great example of a Eugene-grown success, in my opinion, and is very open
