Sandisk supposedly got in touch with the Rockbox folks. Not sure
what happened or if they got some players to work with. I've
heard the Sanda e2xx series runs in two modes so you can treat
it as a USB drive.
FWIW, of my 4000+ songs I think I have nearly 100 from the old
Napster days. A little "rm
I'm not familiar with the Sandisk players, so I have no basis for opinion
for or against. At this point if I were in the market for an mp3 player, it
would be one of those new clip-on ipods. Leave it to Apple to get one out the
size of a broach, or lapel-pin.

I am still in the market for a player. Its either an ipod or a sansa
e2xx. I am going to wait till the price wars are in full swing.
