I registered Kyle Ellrott by phone using my Visa card. A couple of days later
I received a call from the bank as to a charge that was for counseling in the
UK and the dollar amount was the same as yours. Anyway, the bank cancelled my
credit card for fraud and I was issued a new one.

yes, if you do not get accepted as a speaker there will be solutions to allow you to pay the difference to normal early bird fee.
