I will not be able to make it to the meeting tonight so here is a short
update:
1. I have updated the schedule generation scripts for 2010, cleared out
last years schedule and converted the scripts to use bazaar rather than svn.

At the meeting we discussed moving the time to 1730 GMT, 1830 CET. If everyone
still thinks this is a good idea, I'll change the meeting agenda/actions to
