I was just looking at putting some flesh on the list of jobs that volunteers
can help with so that I can do some friendly poking. I am starting to get
requests from volunteers for more information about what they can do and now
is a good time to rope them in.

It would be good to draft some instructions for the session chairs.
I am planning to pull together a simple 'prompt card' for the sessions
chairs over the next week or so (based on the session chairs instructions on

Just looking back through the meeting minutes I notices that there

empty on that day, was there a meeting?
