Can I suggest that you send the email asking people to tell us which
tutorials they will be sending to all attendees. In the absence of a list of
just those attending the tutorial days I think this may be the best we can

On the talks timetable I have just noticed lots of the tutorial names
are not linked to their descriptions. This makes it harder or tutorial
attendees to sign up as we are proposing. Has this always been true or
has something broken recently?
