% What's the deal? Ford's anti-EV-sales-attitude using a
back-door/work-around for zEV credits? Does CARB define 'BEV' as
any-electric vehicle? If so, is Ford selling non-street-legal nEVs like
this, e-bikes, etc. for credits? That would smell like the very same tactic
