jack forklift motors. There are several choices. First is just buy a bearing
endplate for that motor size, brand, likely 6.7". Around $70 last I checked.

I only have a little experience in this area, but maybe it will help.
The forklift traction motors I've seen all have two bearings.
Consider a double wide.I put one on all the side Pull (chain)fork lift
motors.Such as the Rocket electric drag bike.

Yes sounds like you are looking for the G1 (2011/2012) spacers. Just
wanted to point out that there are more than one type.
