I own a Tesla and my service has been fine.Remote service is great, they
arrived as expected and fixed all my issues.
Been to the service center and had no problems. Considering how quickly the
California market is saturating with Tesla's I feel they have provided enough
resources to maintain

My Tesla service experience (albeit limited since not much has gone wrong) has
also been great.
But the empty barrel makes the most noise - all you hear about are the bad.
Happy customers don’t necessarily speak up. Like me in the thread until now :)
