If you're desperate, here's an old trick from my grandpa. Drive a few
big screws into the bad cell
I personally wouldn't try it, but that's me.
IMO the only cure for a depreciated battery is replacement.
Over the years of reading the web and Home Power, I've read various tricks
for trying to extend lead batteries' life. I suppose that whether you find
these hacks useful depends in part on
