This futuristic electric car is real, and sadly it does have wheels that are hidden beneath the body so it rolls along the pavement just like a normal car. It uses a MiMod EV monitoring and control system which manages the battery and a pneumatic body lift and lowering system. There’s a dashboard touchscreen, gullwing doors, and two 300-watt wind turbines that aren’t there solely for their good lucks. These are used to recharge the battery that runs the computer, lights, and controls. Let’s see someone do this to a Prius. The ETV is currently for sale on Craigslist for a tidy $75K so it doesn’t come cheap. A little paint and you could turn this into a perfectly serviceable landspeeder for driving to the Star Wars opening next month.
