I did see that. BUT it doesn't address the problem of Part holds, only the
problem of no copy on the record. I think I will submit a bug of my own. We
want *Choose** Part* back!

There's good progress on a fix. A patch has been tested and signedoff. At
this point, it's waiting for committer review.

Hello Diane,
We've encountered the *High Level Hold Has No Copy* message in 3.7 and
we don't use parts. It's shown up for us when there are no holdable
items on the record that can fill the hold.
