Laura, you're correct - the checkin staff and workstation is only recorded if the item was previously checked out and the checkin is ending a circulation. It would, however, record the staff that put the item into transit as the last editing user since that staff member effectively changed the

The checkin-workstation only registers the last time the item went from "checked out" to "checked in." It doesn't capture the workstation where a hold or a transit happens. I've wanted to be able to see who captured a hold, but that info isn't visible in column picker. I have a hold shelf book on

Checkin Workstation is an option in the Item Status interface. You can activate it through the column picker. Depending on the last time it was checked in, you can use the barcode there to see the check in workstation without having to run a report. That might help. Felicia - Felicia Beaudry
