Hi Elizabeth,
I don't think it's possible to get the source name only. The closest you
can get is to add the data column under Template and then look up what the
"core_class" value represents in fm_IDL.xml. We can talk about that at the
meeting if you like.

I was able run it, but I’m wonder if there is a way to get the source name in
the output. Sometimes our template names are not super informative or are
specific to one library workflow.
