I can't speak from the end user perspective but I have done a setup of
iTivia from the side of getting the notification data to them and that part
was pretty painless. The rest may be painless as well but it was an
existing iTivia system so I wasn't present for initial setup.

Evergreen Indiana is investigating telephony solutions to replace our
long-serving asterisk server. In particular, I'm wondering if any of you have
implemented some type of VoIP solution or maybe something I've never heard of
in my whole life.
As many of you know, at least those that have looked at the conference
schedule, I am once again doing a SQL pre-conference this year, SQL for
Librarians. Past iterations of this have focused on teaching basic SQL
skills but this year the focus is a bit different. I would like to collect

We also have sites that integrate with EDS. We do MARC exports and
then they use REST for real time availability.
