Great question, Kate! I would show them Item Status, and how you can scan a bunch of barcodes or upload a file of barcodes (perhaps from a report) and do just about anything to the whole batch -- delete them, edit them, print labels for them, update the inventory date -- last time I counted,

Less is more when searching for patrons- Don't spell out "Street" or even the full first name because the search only recognizes an exact match. (St will not match Street, AVE will not match AVENUE, etc.) "close enough" isn't a thing. I guess that actually goes for catalog searching too. Laura
