This, plus include the F-key shortcut in the names of the bookmarks for those
pages that can be called with one. (Checkout – F1, Checkin-F2, Item Status –

Also… Ctrl+C for copying anything (like a barcode) works

I would expand on what Allison said and spend my 10 minutes on keyboard
shortcuts, browser tips and settings.
Opening a link in a new tab is huge, pressing Control while clicking the
link also works for this.

add the Download Full CSV option -- it's often so useful to get data into a

I'd highlight the column picker/grid settings options for
adding/removing columns, manage column widths, and in really new
interfaces in 3.9 manage what actions show in the Actions menu.

Great question, Kate! I would show them Item Status, and how you can scan
a bunch of barcodes or upload a file of barcodes (perhaps from a report)
and do just about anything to the whole batch -- delete them, edit them,
print labels for them, update the inventory date -- last time I counted,
