Hi Elizabeth, I had a library experience the opposite problem yesterday. She was getting the white screen (on the reports screen) in Firefox, but it was working just fine in Chrome. I don’t know which version of either browser she was using, and I chalked it up to the slowness issues that were

Hi With the recent update of Chrome to version 100, we are seeing an uptick of the white screen when trying to load the Reports screen. Users have to clear their cache to get it to work. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well. Thanks, Elizabeth Davis she/her/hers Support
