All of a sudden, the link now works for me, taking me directly to the report without prompting for authentication. The only thing I did--which wouldn't have had any effect--was to open the Firefox browser console to see what's happening when I click on that link. To my surprise, it worked at

We get the login popup if clicking the link from email, but it authenticates properly. It sounds like you may be encountering a permissions issue rather than a browser issue. Have you confirmed that the account that tries to log in to the authentication pop-up has the VIEW_REPORT_OUTPUT

Hi John, I open report output from the links in my email in Firefox all the time; we never ran 3.6 but I've done this with 3.5 and 3.7. I haven't set anything specific in the browser to make it work so I don't have any suggestions on what you can try, but I can confirm that Firefox

Might anyone know of a browser setting that would fix this? I created a recurring report that's email-enabled; however, when I click on the link in the message, it prompts me for my credentials which fail authentication. This occurs when I'm already logged into Evergreen as well. I was told
