Currently NC Cardinal does not have a value set up at the consortium level for
the Claim Return Copy Status, so a claims returned item remains in the Checked
Out item status. As a result, patrons are still able to view the item in the
catalog and place holds on it. We are

A staff member at a Missouri Evergreen library marked an item Claims
Returned. The item was later checked in. Is there any way to remove it from
the patron's Other/Special Circulations? We tried everything that we can
think of.
