I consistently see a 30 to 50 minute delta between the time messages are
sent to the Evolution list and the time I receive them. Is this
normal? What is causing the delay?

Hi everbody
I`m trying to syncrosize my Palm Pilot with my Evolution 0.15. Everytime I try this,
my Palm gets an timeout and the gpilot processes dies. When I syncrosize it with my

Does any of you guys know a solution for my little problem? The Palm-Thin
Hello,

That URL has a pretty straightforward guide to getting good stack traces

When I try to sync my Palm Addresses with Evolution gpilotd crashes. I
suspect this the problem is in the EAddress conduit. As can be seen
from the attached log file, it apparently cannot sync addresses which

Does bug-buddy give you a stack trace for the crash? If so, could you
attach it? I'm fairly sure it's a known bug, but I'd like to make sure.

I am running Evolution 0.15 and someone just sent me a series of vcards
from Outlook 2000.
They are not showing up as vcards, just the graphical display of the
information (and the email addresses are not available to me).
Is this a known bug?

Yeah, this is bug 10164. I believe trow and jpr were looking for a

I doubt this is the problem, but supposedly using kernel 2.4.11 is
highly discouraged by Linus/Alan - iirc, they almost immediately
released 2.4.12 to fix the bug in the 2.4.11 kernel.

Damn, it just wacked my contacts.
I've had all the conduits work, and then not work. Where can I find the
gpilotd.log file to figure some of this out?

I just created a POP account in mail settings which doesn't want to show
in the folder list even after restarting evolution or even after
oaf-slay; killev.
I always had that problem but exiting evo generally would have fixed it.
But now it doesn't even want to show in the folder list.
Any ideas
POP accounts aren't supposed to show in the folder list...

Interesting. The contacts and calendar disappeared after syncing. Then
my contact tool crashed. So I killev, oaf-slay and reopen Evo.
Everything is back.

Calendar and Addressbook doesn't work with gconf 1.0.6.
Calendar component won't up. (hangs?)
Addressbook will try to allocate whole memory and dies.
Summary and Mail are working.
I've downgraded to gconf 1.0.4, it've fixed.
(without recompile evolution)
Any ideas?

Yeah! I think there is a problem with unsubscribe. This morning I
unsubscribe a lot of my trash folders and they reappeared this

Hello, translators and hackers alike,
this is just to announce that all of the Evolution user-visible strings

OK, this time I lost all my sent mail in my Out (IMAP) folder. I don't think it is filtering issue anymore though I did apply manual filters and did an expunge (not on Out though). This looks like an IMAP problem. All my sent mail gets stored in the Out folder on the IMAP server. I had composed

BTW the messages are really deleted, they're not just 'not showing up'
