Hi, Evolution reports that it has found data from a previous session if
I send an email while off line (as in my Pc not connecte to the
internet) even though it has been sent.
EG, I compose a mail, send it in evo. Log out. Hours latter go online,
sendmail then sends email. Start evo and compose
Doesn't bug me either, but it's all in the name of clarity...any of
the developers agree with us? I'd make the change myself, but I'm really
busy (got to finish off a two-four while writing our engineering student

Hey, that sounds like a great compromise. Doesn't really bother me the
way it is now, but I think it should be as clear as possible.

I created a simple spam filter, and I'm getting an error every time
Evolution tries to retrieve my mail. My filter is:
if all criteria are met:
recipients does not contain
specific header "List-Id" does not exist
Then
Move to folder Spam
Stop Processing
I thought that would be a pretty cool
The RH 7.0 snapshot still has the issue of the Sent folder listing the
total number of sent items in bold in the folder list view.
There is no count when you first open Evo, but as soon as you send an
email, the number shows up in bold.
I thought this had been fixed, or changed back to previous d
Hi everyone!
I just got the snapshots to work (used 0702 since then) and now I'm
looking for a way to get my m505 to work.
pilot-link isn't supporting the m505 at the moment, so I'm using
coldsync. So my question is, has anyone tried to make evo and coldsync
"friends"? ;-)
Ciao,
Manuel

Hi Jon,
Please look at this bug:
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=4645
and decide whether it matches your crash.
This is the only bug in the database that contains
the function "mail_part_toggle_displayed", which your
backtrace contains. From the sound of it, I think

hello.
i received an email that crashes evolution. i'm using evolution
0.16.99+cvs.2001.10.18.15.19. i'm including the evolution-mail backtrace
as well as attaching the mbox holding the message causing the crash
(it's the only message in the mbox). i realize i didn't compile with -g,
so there's on
the ability to drag'n'drop mail messages to
1) mail folders in the shortcut bar
and
2) the trash folder
would be greatly appreciated.

Yo.
I've tried building from CVS twice in the past 2 days, and keep
building an unsuccessful evolution. It keeps linking against
libgal.so.7, which is a version of libgal that does NOT exist
on my machine.
note that the latest version of gal from CVS creates libgal.so.16
in /usr/lib, and i've

Lo,
Subject says it all. This is from Evolution CVS, with all lib requirements
being met.
It used to work. And then it didn't work. (I did a distclean in the
evolution directory, but that should not be the culprit ofcourse.)
Bye.

How about "Clear Search"? It's not any longer than the other strings in

if the debian packages are any indication, this bug has to do
with linking gtkhtml and gconf>1.0.4. according to fejj in
#evolution, gtkhtml doesn't get anything out of gconf anyways
at this point (hasn't been tested much), so maybe try building
gtkhtml without gconf, or downgrading gconf to an e
