since Evolution 0.10, the gnome-pilot.m4 macro is missing from the
macros directory in evolution tarball..
This breaks aclocal -I macros when no gnome-common package is installed
on the compilation system. Could you ensure that macros/gnome-pilot.m4
is correctly put in next tarball
I just upgraded to 0.99.2 and found a new vfolder I never created.
I've had a vfolder named East Dorm but now I also have one named East
Dorm voAIRJxv2384. It doesn't show up in the vFolder editor, nor can I
find it in my ~/evolution/vfolders.xml.
The voAIRJxv2384 part seems like an email ID
I've upgraded as well, and I still have the same problem, too. I've
tried many things to resolve this issue and nothing helps. Since this
does the same thing on two different machines, I have to assume that it
is not caused by incompatible hardware.

Once in a while I receive some iCal from my wife (who by the way still
uses Outlook 2K but is willing to try evo) which freezes Evolution. If
anybody is interested I could forward some of her attachments outside of
the list.

In gnome right click on the panel, go to applets, then go to network,
add mailchecker. Then right click on mail checker and go to properties.
Tell it to look at pop3 box, add your info, Tell it on click launch evo.
thats it. There is also a Epplet for E w/ the same features.

There don't seem to be any new snapshots since the 14th; that was just
before RC2 came out. What's the scoop? I was using the snaps by
manuallly FTPing them, since Red Carpet doesn't work for my distro. And
the snapshot build status web page -

Same here, Mandrake 8.1 and no spellcheck. I noted that a previous
respondent has spell-utils installed, so I added that and still no
luck. Are there any diagnostics one can run to see what evo thinks it
is doing re spellcheck?
