evolution. Either a pop-up window, or something that lives in a panel is

but get a "Error downloading RDF" each time I hit reload even though
wget can download the file just fine.
All other rdf files are displayed in the Summary without any problems,

That would be too easy. Outlook ignores content-disposition.

I didn't look too carefully, but it looks like the problem is that
you're decoding the Content-Transfer-Encoding before passing it to gpg.
Rather than using the python MIME-handling functions to get the signed
message body, you want to just take everything between the first and
