[Evolution] BUG: trash/any_message -> "apply filter" == delete trash/

2002-02-10 Thread Matthias Hentges
Hi there! Im using Evolution 1.0.1 which i compiled from source. If I change into the trash folder, select a message and use "apply filter" (or somthing like that. I use the german translation with evo. I mean the menu-item which just lets you apply all filters to the selected mail), the

Hi, Yes. I noticed and posted this not too long ago, too, but got no response. e.g. If I have some deleted messages in my inbox and I select all (ctrl-a) and apply filters (ctrl-y), not only do the filters get applied, but the folder is expunged, which is not what I want to have happen in most c

Very very similar, except that in preview pane mode. If I delete a file in a thread the whole thread seems to move down the sort order, which then means when I reach the end of the thread I move to a different thread, rather than the one I expected. Jim On Sun, 2002-02-10 at 20:48, Lonnie Borntr

[Evolution] Unmatched Vfolder

2002-02-10 Thread Michaell Taylor
I am having trouble with Vfolders. I understood that Unmatched Vfolder would, by default, hold all messages that did not fit into other Vfolders. When I first started Evolution (first set up email accounts etc), I received messaged in my inbox, but none went to my Unmatched folder. I thought p

This has bothered me since threading was implemented way back. What seems to happen when using the preview pane is that every time a mail is deleted, the whole list is resorted so that the thread that you are viewing is placed wherever the next mail in the thread currently sits in the sort order.
