First, you can just use a plain substring match for that, but also, you
can just enter a regex:
e.g. [regex match] [message header] [regex ]
I dunno why we dont have a regex on specific header, i think the guy who
did that code thought it would only be used for converting procmail

This is a known bug (in most cases its merely unreliable than never
working).
Its a lot harder to fix than you'd imagine, and since i haven't worked
out a way to fix it yet, without causing other more serious issues (like
lockup/crash on exit), it hasn't been fixed yet.
