[Evolution] Filters not executing reliably

I'm using Evolution 1.2.1 with Redhat Linux 7.3 and my inbox is on an IMAP server. I've set up a few filters for my incoming messages and checked "Apply filters to new messages in INBOX on this server". Unfortunately, they filters don't always execute when I get mail. They seem to work for a whil

Here is one that should be simple... Our sysadmins recently installed Evolution 1.2.  We were using 1.0.1 or something like that.  I ran evolution and after a few hours I was not able to send mail anymore.  When I send a message a dialog box appears with the following message: Error while per
