In any case, this can easily be set in the calendar preferences.

This is configurable in the Calendar Settings, General tab. I've set
mine to Sunday.

Calendar summary (In Summary Evo 1.0.2) the All Day Events Start at
0:00. This strikes me as a little strange, as I would expect an 'All
Day' Event Not to be associated with any particular time. Such as
someones Birthday.
