topic: how can we recognize arbitrarily quoted messages for purposes of
colorization, requoting, and rewrapping?

Well there is rfc2646 "The Text/Plain Format Parameter".

Perhaps, because of some people's preferences, they would prefer that,
over pretty stuff. I like it the way it is, but again, in the OSS
