[Evolution] Quirk with filters

This is beginning to get on my nerves a little bit, and primarily concerns my spam filters. For some weird reason the filters are not automatically applied to incoming mail, but if I highlight the messages and select "apply filters" then they are sent to the junk mail folder where they belong. T
