[Evolution] Retaining settings

I am having a similar problem that someone else mentioned yesterday about Evolution not retaining program settings when closing down and then later restarting. For example, I prefer to have the folder bar visible instead of the shortcut bar. After closing down Evo and then restarting, it starts up
