[Evolution] mail notification

I've installed the evolution packs every two months or so for a least a year and now finally they seem stable enough for my. One thing I haven't figured out yet is how to get new mail notification. Note that I'm running this under KDE, so any gnome panel applet is no help to me. regards op _

There's a GNOME panel applet called Mail Check Applet (you'll see it in your Applets menu in GNOME) Just use the same settings as in Evolution, and you can even set it to start Evolution when you click it if you so desire. Should this be in an FAQ list? > I'm sure this has been addressed before
