Just so (hopefully) work doesn’t end up being duplicated, I just spent
an hour expanding the documentation for EVCard.

More examples could be added to it, but I think it’s now in much better
shape than it was. (And, entirely selfishly, I won’t have to keep
referring to the code for EVCard any more.)
