i've gotten a couple complaints that all my postings contain:
charset=ANSI_X3.4-1968
in the header.
i think this happened after i upgraded to the snapshot evolution today.
ideas?

I've written a configure check for RH 7.1. I'll commit this as soon as
a) someone on RH 7.1 tells me it finds it for them.
and
b) someone not on RH 7.1 confirms that it still works for them.

i think this happened after i upgraded to the snapshot evolution today.
It was doing that for a few days, but today it should have a different
bug that will only annoy Pine users. :-)
