You can't, unless you compile it yourself. Ubuntu doesn't provide updates other than bug fixes or security fixes after a stable release. The "normal" way to get evolution 2.24 is to use Ubuntu 8.10, unless there is a PPA (personal package archive) somewhere on launchpad, but this would certainly no

Hello everyone: I am using Ubuntu 8.04 as my OS and I am using Evolution 2.22. I'd like to upgrade to 2.24 but do not know how. Does the software update itself or do I have to do that manually? If so, how do I go about doing that? Thank you. Sincerely, Mark
