Sorry for such an elementary question but how do you empty a Junk
folder? I tried Expunge and that did not work. I have 30k emails in my
junk folder.

I was under the impression that the "On The Web" calendars were readonly
- i.e. meant for displaying remote iCal files. CalDAV calendars are R/W
as are the various groupware based calendars
