[Evolution] Evolution Icons still missing....

Since upgrading to gnome 2.14.1 I have lost many icons from Evolution.  Only from Evolution. I have switched Themes in Gnome, and nothing changes.  This email is being sent from an Evolution where I cannot see the icons for Bold, Italic, Underline etc.  I CAN see the  icon for "Toggle Typewrit

OK folks, I have solved the missing icon question. It may be a Gentoo problem so if the Gentoo Evolution (or Gnome) Package maintainer reads this - here's the solution as discovered in the Gentoo forum at http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-3348839.html#3348839 The icons in /usr/share/icons were

Is there a non-Microsoft server that will give me full collaboration functionality and integrate with Evolution? In all the years I have been working at I.T. this has eluded me. Currently am using Horde - but it doesn't synch with anything for contacts/calendar. None of the add-on synch tools
