I think saving an email in the draft folder will be a good solution.
(As I have been intensively using Thunderbird for years, I want to
find in Evolution what pleased me in Thunderbird ...)

Please send replies to the list only - don't use Reply-All. If you are
using Evolution to reply to a mailing list, then just pressing "Group
Reply" will do the

contacts as recipient.

What do you mean by "Send Later". Do you mean save as a draft or timed
