Thanks for that Milan, that seems to work. It seems to object if the
calendar is marked as using SSL (or whatever it actually said, TLS
perhaps?

while for example SMTP has an option to log in without authentication,
the calendars do not have any such option, thus
Adding an "On the web" calendar seems to insist that there must be a
password, and doesn't seem to cope well with there not being one, or
have I missed something?
