It is possible to install NFSRDMA on unsupported distros by installing a
newer kernel on an older distro. Unfortunately, this causes issues with
trying to instal rnfs-utils and potentially other nasty side effects.
By reducing the logic to check for the supported distros and the
supported kernels
I created this patch to handle a re-occurring issue with NFSRDMA on
SLES10. Due to the NFS implementation native to SLES10 handling NFS
locking inside the kernel, there are no user space locking daemons
running. However, newer NFS code requires locking in user space. This
is not an issue for all
