[ewg] Unexpected behavior with event channel

Has anyone seen an issue with completion queues not delivering events for solicited completions when initialized for solicited only. Our code no longer sees solicited events on our event channels on a system with a MHQH29C-XSR/XTR mellanox card running RHEL 5.6. We have not seen this problem on
