As Mike just announced to the list, the fix to PSM has been uploaded to
http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/infinipath-psm/
, so with that tarball as input to the build, RC4 can proceed as far as we're
concerned.

I reported this as OFED
Bug 2409 - Unable to build Open MPI 1.6.1/1.6.3 with PSM.

It was found that there is an issue with Chelsio driver and PSM library
The Chelsio bug is fixed, however the PSM issue is not yet fully debugged.
Intel (Tom) should report the status of this bug, and when it will be
