Position: OBIEE 11G RPD & Catalogue Developer
Location:NY
Duration: 6 months
Participate in a team approach to:
Ø Complete requirements analysis, by helping to capture, document and
prioritize the customer’s business and technical needs
Ø Contribute to the design and implementation of the metadata and/or
reporting components of the solution. This includes testing and, at times,
deployment of the components
Ø Ensure that development activities adhere to the team’s standards and
best practices so that overall business intelligence data integrity is
maintained.
Ø Building the business and presentation layer within OBIEE to meet the
business requirements of the project
Ø Analyze and develop business solutions
Ø Create reports and graphs using OBIEE 11 G to meet the business
requirements of the project
Ø Work closely with BA to determine feasibility and determine LOEs
Ø Create and complete testing of repository, reports, dashboards and
analytics to ensure they meet documented business requirements
Ø Proactively communicate issues to team to assist in managing defects
*Mandatory Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):*
- Six (6) years demonstrated development experience with:
- Oracle 10g/11g database.
- SQL programming.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Three (3) years demonstrated development experience with:
- Oracle OBIEE 10g/11g Repository development
- Creating and Managing Application Roles in Oracle OBIEE EM
- Oracle OBIEE 10g/11g Answers/Analytics and Dashboards
- SQL querying tool (i.e. SQL Developer)
- HTML, Javascripts, and CSS coding
- Data Warehouse/ Data Marts
- Technical Documentation
*Desirable Requirements:*
- One (1) year demonstrated development experience with:
- PL/SQL experience
- Oracle OBIEE 11g Answers/Analytics and Dashboards
- Oracle analytics/WebCenter Suite
- JAVA
- OBIEE Publisher
- Experience working with HIPPA requirements or similar standards
- Experience with NYS Accessibility Standards or similar standards
- SAS Visual Analytics
- Oracle OBIEE 11g MapViewer
