PeopleSoft to 9.1 and we need assistance with performance tuning.
Strong database skills are required. Candidates for this position must have
(1) oracle performance tuning experience and (2) PeopleSoft experience.
Candidates must be organized and able to learn quickly without a long
ramp-up time.
