Recommend and complete configuration of the Oracle eBusiness HR module based on requirements. . Demonstrate prototype configurations of functionality in the Oracle eBusiness Suite HR module. . Develop custom applications for HR processes not included in standard functionality and incorporate into the Oracle eBusiness Suite. . Develop custom reports. . Develop interfaces to external systems. . Complete conversion of data from legacy systems. . Assist with testing and training. . Perform rollout of the HR module.
