Desired Candidate Profile: Qualifications · Post Graduation / Graduation from a Premier University · Must have minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in the Staff Augmentation Industry, with 3-4 years working for a premier Tier 1 Staffing or RPO Company supporting US operations. · Significant experience in Recruitment including experience in sourcing and staffing and past experience in Managing a team of Recruiters · Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. ·Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and challenging environment.
