1. you cant Left Column "F" Blank if Column "E" Not Blank
2. you cant Left Column "G" Blank if "E"= HO

Are you just incrementing the dates by one day? If so, it's quite
easy. Enter the first date in J5. In K5, enter =J5 + 1. Copy K5 all
the way to AW5.
